PRESS RELEASE: Glantus appoint Diane Gray-Smith to full time senior leadership

Former non-executive director to become Chief Corporate Growth Officer

Dublin, March 2, 2022 – AIM-listed Glantus have continued to expand its strategic leadership team by appointing Diane Gray-Smith into the newly created Chief Corporate Growth Officer role. Tasked with continuing the Dublin headquartered company’s recent growth, Gray-Smith - who will report directly to Glantus CEO Maurice Healy - has a formidable track record in the global fintech space, previously sitting on and advising the boards of multiple high-growth enterprises.

Diane brings a tremendous experience set that syncs perfectly with where Glantus is and what we want to achieve in the near future. Her career in driving strategic growth in one of the fastest moving, ever changing sectors in tech speaks for itself. We’ve benefited from her expertise as a non-executive director, and now all of Glantus will benefit from Diane taking this role within our leadership and culture - Maurice Healy, Founder & CEO, Glantus

Gray-Smith recognises that her appointment comes at an important juncture for Glantus, following the company’s successful 2021 IPO. Remarking on her appointment:

The coming years will present the AP and wider payments space with a new set of challenges as old service models expire. The Glantus platform is perfectly positioned to convert these issues into innovation for our clients and growth for our company. I look forward to working with Maurice, the leadership team and wider company to realise the potential in our thinking and technologies - Diane Gray-Smith, Chief Corporate Growth Officer.

Gray-Smith’s appointment follows David Rosenthal joining as CCO and further underscores the ambition that CEO Healy says is central to the Glantus mission:

Our commitment is not only to bring the best technology to market but to underpin our solutions with the smartest talent in our sector. The recent expansion of our leadership team, combined with strategic investments in our solution set and culture means we are setting ground work for growth in 2022 and beyond - Maurice Healy, Founder & CEO, Glantus

Gray-Smith will also retain her seat on the PLC board. Glantus have commenced a search for her non-Executive replacement.
