2020 has been… interesting, to say the least! To find meaning in such a dramatic year, it is important to pause and reflect on the positive achievements and how we have grown.

This year, Glantus has more than doubled in size and transformed itself into a truly global organization. We have added depth to our management and operational teams and have seen innovation in product development and delivering customer value.

Acquisition of JPD Financial

In February, we completed the acquisition of JPD Financial, the industry leader in recovery audit services. Glantus brought its data integration, automation, and AI to recovery audits. The advanced data platform combined with the expertise in service delivery now delivers significant benefits to our existing customers and accelerates the introduction of innovative new solutions for finance operations and shared services centers.

Glantus Wins Business Value Award

In September, we were delighted to be awarded the "Business Value Award" by the Analytics Institute for our ongoing collaboration with Gannon Homes. This award recognizes the achievement in the implementation of data and analytics to boost business outcomes and demonstrated how data has added real business value to organizations.

The business value award showcases how we partner with our customers on their data journey, from initial insights to advanced automation delivering a clear ROI at each stage. - Maurice Healy, CEO of Glantus.

It's always great to be recognized for making a difference and this award is the ultimate peer recognition with winners selected through voting from the full membership of the Analytics Institute.

Online Events

During the pandemic more of us are working from home, making our normal customer meet-ups impractical. Throughout the year, we instead ran a collection of webinars which allowed us to speak directly to our customers and offer our support and insights in a very practical way. We also hosted a Finance Leaders Panel Series giving the added opportunity for business and finance leaders to connect, and share experiences in dealing with the challenges posed by the pandemic.

With many of our customers operating shared services centers for accounts payable, we were delighted to sponsor SSON Week. This year these events were held live on-line for US and EMEA audiences and the Glantus team presented and attended virtually.

Customer Success

Delivering successful projects has never been more important and in 2020 we showed how new projects could be delivered 100% remotely. Our accelerated implementations had one customer coming on-board in as little as 2 weeks and all customers seeing immediate returns. Vice Media, Detroit Manufacturing Systems, PRO14, Choice Housing, Java Republic, ClwydAlyn, and many others have joined as customers this year and are already reaping the benefits.

We aim to form long-standing partnerships with every one of our customers, bringing on-going benefits to their business. This has brought amazing results, in terms of the continuous improvements that are being realized within our customers' businesses.

Compliance and Information Security

Customers benefit from the assurance that we comply with the best international standards and that we continue to invest in protecting customer data. We continue to lead the industry in our compliance with the latest standards, such as ISO 27701:2019. Glantus was one of the first finance software companies in the world to be certified to this new data privacy standard in 2020.

2021 – Data is the Differentiator
