We are now entering our next exciting phase of significant growth, and are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals to collaboratively develop new business and be directly involved with lead generation campaigns.
About the Role
This is an entry-level sales position with a strong career development path, including the opportunity for rapid promotion into product solution sales and external senior enterprise solution sales.
This role will add to our current lead generation activated via outbound lead generation activity as well as respond to and qualify leads as the first point of contact for prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities from a variety of target sources via telemarketing activities
- Following up existing marketing campaigns to create outbound leads and respond to inbound leads, qualifying their interest and fit against our software solutions
- Become an expert on our software products and portfolio of solutions
- Work cross-functionally with the sales and marketing teams to maximise lead generation processes
- Responsible for managing all critical lead generation activity
- Reporting accurately on a weekly basis through the CRM system ensuring that you can clearly represent the work and activity achieved each week
- Maintain a high awareness and knowledge of Glantus target markets, competitors and internal activities to ensure that all business opportunities are identified, considered and closed appropriately
Key results from this role include:
- Achievement of set monthly targets in respect of lead generation in accordance with the Glantus sales methodology
Qualifications
1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a role where you were responsible for building a pipeline for the entire sales cycle and experience in an outbound lead generation environment
Comfortable selling over the phone, on video calls, or in person and working in environments that are dynamic
Can take initiative to achieve success in your role and can demonstrate emotional intelligence
Can clearly demonstrate both a consultative and targeted selling style
Can tailor the key value proposition to respond to prospect’s specific pain points and challenges
