Inside Sales – Client Engagement – Newry, Co. Down

Glantus is an established ISO27001 certified software development company with offices in Dublin, London and New York. We provide data and process automation software solutions to hundreds of companies globally. Our end-to-end data platform provides visionary and innovative data capture, automation, business intelligence and advanced analytics. This adds significant value to our customer’s data to enable them to meet their business objectives.

We are now entering our next exciting phase of significant growth, and are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals to collaboratively develop new business and be directly involved with lead generation campaigns.

About the Role

This entry-level role provides an opportunity to develop your career in sales and customer account management. This role will add to our current lead generation activated via outbound lead generation activity as well as respond to and qualify leads as the first point of contact for prospective customers.

Responsibilities
  • Following up existing marketing campaigns via outbound sales activity to qualify prospects
  • Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities from a variety of target sources via telemarketing activities
  • Establish excellent relationships with our existing clients through a regular call and care programme, highlighting any issues or opportunities to the relevant people.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound enquiries for Glantus software.
  • Make a collaborative effort with Account Executives to identify new prospects and grow the business
  • Become an advisor on our software products and portfolio of solutions, developing the capability to conduct initial demonstrations of our software to new and existing customers.
  • Reporting accurately through the CRM system, ensuring that you can clearly represent the work and activity achieved
  • Achievement of set monthly targets in respect of lead generation and customer contact as set by the business
  • Use the data provided by marketing automation and CRM systems to improve the effectiveness of lead generation and client engagement.
  • Track key outbound sales development metrics and report on effectiveness against targets
What we are looking for

  • Experience in telephone lead generation
  • Team player with strong communications skills who can work on their own initiative with support and guidance
  • Highly driven with a passion for sales and a desire to overachieve
  • Aptitude to learn and understand our software solutions

  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills
Preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent use of LinkedIn to connect with prospects
  • Experience in an Inside Sales function of a large software company

We are building a marketing hub in Newry and are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join the expanding team

As a member of our Marketing team, you will be working for a cutting-edge technology company with offices in Dublin, Newry, London, Poland and New York. You will be a creative thinker who understands how to run multi-channel demand generation campaigns in B2B technology markets.

Responsibilities
  • Run integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, email, LinkedIn, YouTube, Remarketing, and website SEO.
  • Articulate and prepare tight briefs for graphic design and copywriting to develop the content you need to support the campaigns.
  • Use the data provided by marketing automation and CRM systems to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Take ownership of selected events (conferences, trade shows and user groups) from objective setting and budget preparation to hands-on execution and follow up.
  • Work directly with sales leaders and CRM to support buyers’ journey from nurture through the active opportunity phases.
  • Identify and acquire lists required for marketing campaigns and manage data quality from suspect to prospect and opportunity through CRM.
  • Manage content updates for the website, with other members of the team ensuring the website fully supports campaigns and buyers’ journey for each target segment.
  • Optimise the website and social media properties (LinkedIn, YouTube) based on new requirements and analytics results.
  • Track key marketing metrics and report on campaign and overall marketing effectiveness against targets
  • Support re-branding projects as we grow through acquisition along with the internal communication efforts to share news and the Glantus values.
Who we are looking for
  • Ambitious, energetic & creative marketing professional with a relevant degree.
  • 2 years of industry experience with product launches and integrated marketing campaigns in a B2B technology market.
  • Experience with organising company’s participation in B2B events such as conferences with speaking engagements and marketing stands.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, with a passion for digital marketing and a results-orientated approach.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent written communication skills.
  • MSOffice skills & data analysis skills are essential.
  • Team player with strong communications skills who can work on own initiative with support and guidance.
Preferred
  • Experience with Zoho CRM, Marketing Automation tools, Remarketing, SEO
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) to perform smaller updates to content in-house.
