Financial Administrator

Glantus a software data analytics solutions provider servicing Multinational and SMEs across Ireland, UK and US.

Due to continued growth in our Company we are currently seeking the right person to join our finance team as financial administrator. Reporting to the CFO and working as part of the finance team, the key responsibilities of this role will include:

Accounts Payable (Ireland UK & US Entities)

· Processing Invoices as received

· Preparing invoices for monthly payment run

· Assist with preparation of monthly AP accrual

· Resolve all AP related questions

· Develop relationship with all suppliers and manage payment cycles

· Prepare payment schedule for suppliers and process payments, send remittances

· Maintain and process all employee expense claims and credit cards

Banking and cash flow management

· Process all transactions and reconcile banks on daily basis including multi-currency

· Prepare cash flow forecasting for month ahead

· Maintain and reconcile petty cash

· Follow through on any queries

Month end

· Preparing and Posting journals as directed by Financial Accountant.

· Reconciliation of creditor statements to Creditors and Nominal Ledger

· Assist Financial Accountant with VAT and other Tax returns

· Work with Financial accountant to reconcile timesheets to revenue recognition and billing.

· Work with other Departments to resolve billing issues

Ad Hoc

· Assist with processing of Sales Invoices and credit control where required

· Prepare reconciliations and analysis as required

· Prepare records and assist with Financial system migration

Experience and Qualifications

· Accounts Technician or Part Qualified with 1-2yrs working experience in a finance dept particularly AP

· Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook

· Excellent organisation, interpersonal and communications skills

· Self-motivated individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment

· Must have strong attention to detail

Inside Sales Representative

This adds significant value to our customer’s data to enable them to meet their business objectives.

Glantus HQ is based in Eastpoint Business Park (Dublin 3), home to a vibrant mix of like-minded indigenous Irish and multinational companies including Oracle, Google and Citrix. Our office is served by the park bus service linked directly to DART, Commuter Rail and city centre Bus Services.

We are now entering our next exciting phase of significant growth, and are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals to collaboratively develop new business and be directly involved with lead generation campaigns.

About the Role

This is an entry-level sales position with a strong career development path, including the opportunity for rapid promotion into product solution sales and external senior enterprise solution sales.

This role will add to our current lead generation activated via outbound lead generation activity as well as respond to and qualify leads as the first point of contact for prospective customers.


  • Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities from a variety of target sources via telemarketing activities
  • Following up existing marketing campaigns to create outbound leads and respond to inbound leads, qualifying their interest and fit against our software solutions
  • Become an expert on our software products and portfolio of solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales and marketing teams to maximise lead generation processes
  • Responsible for managing all critical lead generation activity
  • Reporting accurately on a weekly basis through the CRM system ensuring that you can clearly represent the work and activity achieved each week
  • Maintain a high awareness and knowledge of Glantus target markets, competitors and internal activities to ensure that all business opportunities are identified, considered and closed appropriately

Key results from this role include:

  • Achievement of set monthly targets in respect of lead generation in accordance with the Glantus sales methodology


  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a role where you were responsible for building a pipeline for the entire sales cycle and experience in an outbound lead generation environment

  • Comfortable selling over the phone, on video calls, or in person and working in environments that are dynamic

  • Can take initiative to achieve success in your role and can demonstrate emotional intelligence

  • Can clearly demonstrate both a consultative and targeted selling style

  • Can tailor the key value proposition to respond to prospect’s specific pain points and challenges
